Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the guaranteed bonds due 2025 and be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Linyi City Development Group Co., Ltd (臨沂城市發展集團有限公司) in the aggregate principal amount of U.S.$300,000,000, bearing interest at the rate of 5.20 per cent. per annum (the “Bonds”) to be issued by Linyi City Development International Co., Limited (臨沂城市發展國際有限公司) (the “Issuer”), as described in the offering circular dated 21 June 2022. The Bonds will be offered to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited) only. The listing of, and permission to deal in, the Bonds is expected to become effective on or around 27 June 2022.
